Pet Policy
At 1601 Coral Gate, we are thrilled to welcome pets as part of our community! You are invited to bring your dogs, domesticated cats and fish into your home. We allow a maximum of two pets per unit, with a weight limit of 55 lbs for dogs. Certain breeds are restricted.
